A senior Russian general was killed in Moscow
Major General Igor Kirillov, who was in charge of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Troops, was killed in a bombing in Moscow. A bomb was hidden in an electric scooter outside of an apartment building on Ryazansky Prospekt and was aimed at Kirillov.
